These terms govern your use of the DigiForg3 website and the tools published on it. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

This website is operated by DigiForg3 Solutions (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2025/689955/07), based in Johannesburg, South Africa. In these terms, "we", "us" and "DigiForg3" refer to that company, and "you" refers to any person accessing digiforg3.co.za.
By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We may update these terms as the site and our services change; the effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Responsible security research is welcome. Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@digiforg3.co.za rather than testing destructively — see our Trust & Security page for the disclosure process.
Submitting an enquiry, readiness assessment, waitlist signup or data request does not create a contract, retainer or professional relationship. We respond to enquiries at our discretion and may decline work. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and POPIA notice.
The Digital Readiness Assessment, Forge Log, AI Lab notes and Insights articles are provided for general information. Scores and recommendations are indicative and generated from the answers you supply; they are not an audit, a security certification, or legal, financial or compliance advice. Decisions taken on the basis of this content remain your responsibility.
Product status labels (for example "under construction" or "closed beta") describe maturity at the time of publication. Products described on this site may change, be delayed or be discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed in a signed agreement.
All brand marks, copy, code, diagrams and visual assets on this site belong to DigiForg3 Solutions (Pty) Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may quote or link to our published content with attribution; you may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

Paid work — audits, automation, MVP builds and ongoing partnerships — is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property and confidentiality. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
Our handling of personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and POPIA notice. You can submit an access, correction or deletion request through our POPIA data request form.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
